Shipping Info

Seller offers worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped post-delivery from our warehouse in Norway or in Spain, and all costs and time of delivery are subject to current post rates and delivery times to respective zones. We cannot guarantee that a shipment arrives within the Post’s estimated times.

All products will be delivered to the address that you register or have indicated on your Klarna or PayPal account page and so far as possible in compliance with any specific delivery instructions, referred to above. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that all information registered as part of a purchase is correct.

Whilst the risk of damage to or loss of the product(s) shall pass to you the purchaser upon leaving the premises of Karisma & Dark Essence Records, title in the goods shall not pass until the whole purchase price including the cost of transport, has been paid in full. Customers will be responsible for paying any and all customs or import duty charges.

Return Policy

Seller offers you the right to both return and exchange your order within 28 days, from the day you receive your order. Products on sale cannot be returned.

If any of our products fall below the high standards, you expect please return them within 28 days and we will refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice with you to do this. We will not refund the costs of return postage to us unless the products are faulty. You may not cancel your order once payment has been made via PayPal.
